The Rock Group Kick Axe is scheduled to perform Jan. 17 at the Sault Memorial Gardens as part of the Coming After You tour. The concert will begin at 8 p.m. and the opening group will be White Wolf. Advance tickets are $12.25, and at the door $14.25. Anyone under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult. The group has recently released its second album, Welcome to the Club. Kick Axe drummer Brian Gillstrom says the album has a lot of rowdiness in it and is more musically advanced. The group's first album, Vices, went gold in Canada. Tickets in the Canadian Sault are available at Lou Madonna Optical, Arnills, Sounds Superior, Memorial Gardens and the Music People Records and Tapes Store on Gore Street.
