Los Angeles-based heavy metal band Autograph will appear in concert at 8 p.m. next Sunday at Rock City Sounds in Elkhart. Appearing with them will be Pasha/CBS recording act Kick Axe from Winnipeg, Manitoba. Autograph has recently concluded national tours with Heart and Motley Crue, and is touring in support of their second album "Blondes in Black Cars," on RCA Records.

Their first album garnered considerable radio and MTV airplay with the hit single "Turn Up the Radio." Advance tickets are priced $12.50 general admission, and are now on sale at all three Nightwinds (North Village Mall, 100 Center, Eastgate Plaza-Niles), Record Connection (Elkhart), J.R.'s Music (LaPorte), Triad Music (Plymouth), and Butterfly Records (Warsaw).

The recently opened Rock City Sounds is a teen-oriented night club, located on Lincolnway, a mile east of the St. Joseph County line in Elkhart. All ages will be admitted, but capacity is limited to 850.
